I'm a public health student working on developing a physical activity class and curricula for low-income pregnant and postpartum women. I'm looking for ideas on any existing programs that are out there and ideas on how to motivate behavior changes. This is meant to be a one-time informational class on how to exercise safely and ideas of incorporating physical activity into their day. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried searching website of the American College of Gynocologists and Obstetricians? I have found some help regarding safe limits of activity, target heart rate info, too.
