I think that stress management should be a bigger part of physical education in all high school and even middle school programs. I think it would help students in the long run.

At my middle school we have a unit on stress and stress management in health class. It is a great unit to not only give students resources on how to manage stress but also to find out what types of stress students are dealing with these days. I do multiple activities on stress management that our students seem to think are very helpful and practical. I do agree that stress is not talked about often enough with the fact that depression and suicide often start with stress.
