In our PE classes, it is our job to educate our students on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I really like doing the Goal Setting process after Fitness Testing, because this gives the student a chance to see where they need to improve but also what they are doing right. What are some other ways you can make the education on Healthy Lifestyle become meaningful to the NON-athletes? It may be easy to show how important healthy lifestyles are for an athlete because it shows on the field, court, etc. It is very important to get those that are not athletic or involved in sports on board.
