I believe that physical educators must be healthy and in shape to preach to students how to live a healthy life. I know from my stand point as a student that if I was being taught how to live a healthy life from a overweight physical educator that I wouldnt be able to take what he/ she would even say. I dont want to go to the gym every day but I do just because it is going to be a big part of my proffession someday. I am wondering what others think about this.
