Ok, we all have heard the saying "Practice what you preach", so why is health and physical education any different? If you cannot pass the various fitness tests, how can you tell your students to run more and do more pull-ups. Being a healthy and active role model should be part of this job, and I feel students look at that more than what you are teaching in class. So, what do you think? Should health and PE teachers have some sort of fitness test to become certified in health and PE?
