I think its important to teach students about the importance of nutrition but it is a difficult topic to motivate students to learn about. Do you have any ideas on how I could motivate my students so they want to learn about nutrition?

Try playing games involving the food pyramid, or doing group projects. Students get more motivated when they can work with people and socialize. Also stress the importance of eating right and the facts of obesity and being unhealhty. Hopefully that alone should motivate students.
