 Editorial

Replace your TV

Finding yourself in the same old inactive rut. This week's issue presents us with new and yes, more information relating obesity to unhealthy consequences. This information provided in the News section from CDC explains the increased risk of certain types of cancers with obesity. What are we waiting for? We need to be active to be healthy and so do our students. Maybe we should participate in National TV Turnoff Week and use that viewing time to be physically active! Encourage your students to be active as well. Just think how many hours of activity time we could enjoy if we just replaced television viewing time with physical activity.

We at PELINKS hope that you will find time to be physically active yourself and also find information on our site that will increase the physical activity enjoyment of your students.
