This month we are honored to have Dr.
Chuck Corbin as our guest editor.
Dr. Corbin is currently a professor at Arizona State University,
and he's recognized internationally as an expert in physical
activity, health and wellness promotion, and youth physical
fitness. He has authored, co-authored, or been an editor of
more than 70 books, and has published more than 175 professional,
research, and popular articles.
Dr. Corbin's contribution as a guest editor is his manuscript
entitled "The Goals of Physical Education: Not All
of Our Goals Are Equal" |

education standards. In May the Westerville School Board voted to
eliminate Physical Education for Grade 8 students during the 2004-2005
